Yves Gauthier is a Senior Project Manager and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with extensive experience in process optimization and continuous improvement. Previously, Yves served as an Operations Advisor at the Commission de la construction du Québec and as a Consultant in management at PVA Consulting Group. Yves has also held roles as a Project Manager and Superintendent in the construction industry, ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects and promoting workplace safety. Currently, Yves is the Director of Optimization and Continuous Improvement at CGI, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Yves holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal.
