Zahid Shaikh

Zahid Shaikh possesses extensive experience in database management and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Consultant, Database Architect, and DBA specializing in Oracle and Azure cloud PostgreSQL at CGI Federal since September 2009. Previous roles include Release Manager and Oracle Lead at Computer Sciences Corporation, where Zahid managed Oracle projects for government agencies, as well as Senior Oracle Developer/Architect at Avendra LLC, supporting financial systems. Earlier career roles include Senior Oracle Developer/DBA at Compuware and Software Engineer at CSSI Inc, implementing Oracle applications for the FAA. Zahid holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University.
