Mark Cohen

Mark Cohen is a seasoned real estate investment professional with a strong background in acquisitions and financing. Currently serving as Managing Partner at CGI | Real Estate Investment Strategies since January 2014, Mark has extensive experience leading investment strategies. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Cohen & Associates, LLC, managing a $150MM real estate investment firm focused on acquiring distressed properties across the Southeast and Southwest United States. From November 2003 to June 2008, Mark worked as Vice President at Alliance Bank, specializing in debt financing for various real estate projects. Mark holds a BA in Economics from Rollins College and has studied at The American University of Paris.
