Sam Netzer

Sam Netzer is Country Manager at CGS Israel, a subsidiary of global CGS, Inc. based in New York City. As country manager, he is responsible for leading the business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Israel, managing the development of the business and contracts, recruiting staff, overseeing training, and managing the operations.

Sam has a master’s degree in business administration and is one of the pioneers in communications and telecom industry in Israel. For the past 30 years, he has worked in a variety of senior management positions at leading communications companies in Israel. Among other things, he was one of the founders of the 012 Gold Lines company and over the years has worked in key positions as VP of operations in Israel and abroad, as well as director of international services for Partner (formerly Orange) in Israel. For the past five years, Sam has served as a communications consultant at leading companies, such as Mobileye, Telit, Golan Telecom, XFONE and other startups.
