Dave Wallace is a Junior QA Tester at CGX since November 2023, previously serving as a Customer Support Specialist. Prior experience includes over nine years at Boojum, where Dave held roles such as Customer Service Lead and Customer Service Representative, managing customer service touchpoints and tracking customer sentiment through feedback. Earlier career experiences include various positions at the University of Ulster and a research internship at IUPUI. Dave holds a PGCert in Software Development from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Ulster University, complemented by a BTEC in Professional Software Development.
