Customer Success Lead at CGX

Heather Moore has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather began their career as an English Language Assistant at the British Council, where they planned and delivered conversation classes to students of different ages and proficiency levels. Heather then joined Dorothy Perkins as a Senior Sales Advisor before moving on to work at Capita. At Capita, they held roles as a BBC iPlayer Support Agent, Communications & Marketing Executive (Secondment), and Technical Services Executive. In these roles, Heather provided customer support, wrote technical copy, and ensured the accessibility and helpfulness of the BBC iPlayer and BBC Sounds help sites. Heather later joined Teamwork as a Software Support Agent, assisting customers with platform issues and questions. Heather then transitioned to the role of Strategic Customer Success Manager, where they built relationships with clients, drove value from products, and encouraged portfolio growth. Most recently, Heather joined CGX as a Customer Success Lead.

Heather Moore obtained a Bachelor's degree in German, with a major in the German language, from The University of Edinburgh in 2016. Heather also holds a Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy, which was obtained in 2023.
