I help leadership teams work better together.

There’s an alchemy that happens when teams have a clear purpose and work effectively together: everyone can bring their best selves forward, diversity of styles and ideas are truly leveraged, and the quality of conversations is drastically improved. The outcomes are beyond what any one individual could create, and everyone gets to grow their leadership capacity and ability to do meaningful work.

I facilitate leadership team journeys that:
• Help teams create psychological safety and trust
• Leverage the diversity of leadership styles and ideas
• Increase quality of discussions, ideation, problem solving and decision-making
• Navigate challenging topics
• Establish team norms and culture that enables teams to do their best work
• Drive alignment on vision, strategy, priorities, and any other key business topics
• Increase each leaders’ self-awareness and commitment to growth
• Arrive to actionable outcomes to move things forward

Each team journey is unique. I start by interviewing team members to gather data on team strengths and areas of opportunity. With these findings, I co-design an intervention together with the team's leader and any relevant stakeholders, such as HR partner, Chief of Staff, or Strategy lead.

“Caro’s superpower is that she doesn't apply a formula, she really listens, processes, and helps explore and communicate highly contextual paths forward. She also helps bring out people's best selves in potentially contentious group conversations. We're going to be a much stronger, effective, focused, and happier team as a result.” – Google VP
