Fred Michael

Fred Michael is a retired Program Controls Manager who has served as a Senior Advisor for Program Controls on large Water and Wastewater Capital Improvement Programs across the United States. Previously, Fred was the senior program controls manager at CH2M HILL's Orange County Sanitation District, establishing project control tools for major projects nationwide. Fred’s extensive experience includes significant roles with various government agencies and public works departments, demonstrating expertise in project management and cost engineering from the late 1970s through early 2000s.
