Jon Bates is a Senior Principal Water Engineer who currently works at Jacobs and has been with CH2M HILL as a Design Manager since 2012. Before that, Jon served as an Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch from 1996 to 2012. Jon earned a Master of Science in Hydraulics and Hydrology from the University of Strathclyde in 1996.
