Mark Powell

Mark Powell is an experienced transport planning professional with a comprehensive background in engineering and transport studies. Mark began as a Graduate Engineer at Ove Arup and Partners, progressing to roles including Assistant Engineer and Engineer at Pell Frischmann Consultants. Mark served as a Consultant at Halcrow Fox and later held positions of increasing responsibility at Halcrow Group as Associate Director and Senior Consultant. Currently, Mark is an Associate Director in Transport Planning at CH2M HILL since July 2013. Mark's academic credentials include a BSc in Civil Engineering from Imperial College, University of London, an MSc in Transport Planning and Engineering, and a PhD in Transport Studies from the Institute for Transport Studies at the University of Leeds.
