Simon Hunt

Simon Hunt has extensive experience in engineering geology, having held key positions since starting at Halcrow as a Graduate Engineering Geologist in January 2004, progressing to Assistant Engineering Geologist until May 2012. Simon continued at Halcrow, a CH2M Hill company, as a Senior Engineering Geologist from May 2012 to December 2015. In 2016, Simon became the Principal Engineering Geologist at CH2M, providing specialized expertise in site investigations and geotechnical design. Currently, Simon serves as the Senior Associate Director of Ground Engineering at Jacobs, beginning in April 2022. Simon holds an MSc in Engineering Geology from the University of Leeds and a BSc (Hons) in Resource and Applied Geology from The University of Birmingham.
