Brian Sapp is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and transportation management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer VI at CHA Consulting, Inc. since January 2022, Brian previously held key positions at HNTB from March 2008 to February 2022, including Transportation Department Manager and Project Manager. Earlier in Brian's career, responsibilities as Project Engineer were undertaken at both ARCADIS and Stone & Webster, from September 1999 to March 2008 and June 1996 to September 1999, respectively. Brian's educational background includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Georgia Southwestern State University and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
