Dwayne Basler

Dwayne Basler currently serves as Vice President of Energy Infrastructure at CHA Consulting, Inc. since May 2018, contributing to a highly diversified engineering and construction management firm. Dwayne's extensive career began at Northeast Utilities from November 1990 to January 2010, where responsibilities included Director roles in Transmission Construction and Maintenance as well as Transmission Engineering.
