Ishwarya Kumar

Ishwarya Kumar has extensive experience in learning and development, currently managing L&D functions at CHA Consulting, Inc. since October 2022, where the focus is on advocating for employee training initiatives. Prior to this role, Ishwarya co-founded Upturn Learning Solutions LLP, promoting social entrepreneurship and mental wellness through community programs and collaborations with organizations like UNICEF. Experience includes serving as Learning Design and Solutions Director at Crestpoint Consultants, where immersive learning models were developed for senior managers, and working at Wipro Technologies as a Behavioral Skills Facilitator. Additionally, Ishwarya held positions in learning and development at Shell Oil Company and various other companies, alongside a solid educational background with a BA in English Literature from the University of Madras and further studies at ICFAI University.
