Jeff O'Donnell, P.E., is a seasoned professional in the field of civil engineering with extensive experience in energy-related development projects. Since January 2015, Jeff has held various leadership roles at CHA Consulting, including Vice President of Subsurface and Gas Delivery, Associate Vice President of the Gas Delivery Sub Market, and Market Segment Director for Gas Delivery. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Clough Harbour & Associates as an Associate from April 2013 to December 2014, and at Coler & Colantonio, Inc. from June 1996 to March 2013, where roles included Associate and Project Manager. Jeff's expertise encompasses the management of comprehensive engineering design and the acquisition of necessary permits for construction. Educationally, Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and attended Boston Latin School.
