Joe Macrina

Joe Macrina, PE is currently the Executive Vice President at CHA Consulting, Inc. In this role, Joe is responsible for providing executive level governance and oversight for successful project execution, leadership of operational strategic initiatives, and management of multiple corporate functions. Prior to joining CHA, Joe served as the Chief Operating Officer at Wolverton, where Joe oversaw all company operations and provided strategic planning for growth. Joe began their career as a Transportation Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff after receiving their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Joe also holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
