Joe Macrina

Joe Macrina is the EVP, Operations & Innovation at CHA Consulting. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Joe has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University.

Joe started their career as a Transportation Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff in 1994. Joe was quickly promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Wolverton in 1997. Joe was responsible for overseeing all company operations, providing strategic planning, goal setting and growth. Joe also managed Market Sector Leaders to improve business development efforts. Joe served as Principal-in-Charge on key client projects to drive the customer experience. Under their leadership, the firm saw double-digit growth in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

In 2020, Joe joined CHA Consulting as EVP, Operations & Innovation. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's operations and innovation initiatives. Joe is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with the CEO to drive CHA's strategic direction.

Joe Macrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
