Jon Bard

Jon Bard is currently the Vice President / Assistant General Counsel at CHA Consulting, Inc. Prior to this role, Jon served as Counsel at Barclay Damon LLP and as an Associate / Attorney at Mackenzie Hughes, LLP. Jon's legal practice has primarily focused on appellate advocacy, torts and insurance defense, commercial litigation, and handling employment-based and non-employment related immigration matters. Jon also interned at the United States Attorney's Office (WDNY) and worked as a Summer Associate at Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP. Jon holds a JD from University at Buffalo School of Law and a B.A. in History from Le Moyne College.
