Mark Lambert is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and leadership. Currently serving as Project Team Leader at CHA Consulting, Inc. since September 2022, Mark previously held the position of Project Manager at Frazier Engineering from 2002 to September 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Director at the Water and Sewer Authority of Cabarrus County from 1996 to 2002, and Engineer II at Boyle Engineering from 1994 to 1996. Mark began his career as an Engineer at CH2M HILL from 1991 to 1994. Mark holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from West Virginia University.
