Michael Oswald, PE, PTOE, RSP1, IMSA II, is a seasoned traffic engineer with a strong background in civil engineering. Michael's professional experience spans multiple roles, including traffic engineer positions at CHA Consulting, Inc., and Civil Engineering Consulting Services, Inc., as well as a notable tenure at Kimley-Horn. Prior to these positions, Michael gained valuable skills through internships at PenServ Plan Services and Alliance Consulting Engineers, Inc., where responsibilities included processing retirement plan data and assisting with engineering tasks such as conceptual layouts and construction plans. Michael holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, attained in 2018.
