Michael Perez is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Recruiter at CHA Consulting, Inc. since June 2021, Michael leads all executive and leadership searches for the company. Prior to this position, Michael held significant roles including Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas at SI Group, where oversight included full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations in North America, and Corporate Recruiting Manager at AngioDynamics, responsible for diverse functional areas and managing multiple open positions. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Boston Scientific and Companies of JJ Young, culminating in a comprehensive background in staffing management since starting a career in recruitment at Interim HealthCare Inc.
