Phil Stevens

Phil Stevens, Ph.D., PE, P.Eng., F.ASCE has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President and Transportation Business Line Director at CHA Consulting, Inc. Phil previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Transportation, US South at EXP from 2017 to 2023.
