Robert Fleming, PE, is currently the Bridge Section Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc. Following their education in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University at Buffalo, Robert gained experience as an Engineering Intern at the Town of Amherst Engineering Department and served in various roles at Bergmann, culminating as a Project Manager for Bridges. They later worked as a Senior Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design before taking on their current role at CHA in 2025. Additionally, Robert contributed as a Research Assistant in the Earthquake Simulation Lab at the State University of New York Research Foundation.
