Ryan Cooley is a seasoned structural engineer with a strong background in bridge design and management. Ryan currently serves as the Bridge Team Leader in New England at CHA Consulting, Inc., a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Ryan was with CME Associates, Inc. from January 2009 to June 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Bridge Design Manager and Senior Structural Engineer. Ryan's early career included a Project Engineer position at BL Companies and an Engineer role at Dewberry. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Connecticut.
