Scott Young is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Department Manager at CHA Consulting, Inc. since January 2020, Scott has also held significant roles at CME Associates, Inc. since 1995, including Civil & Environmental Department Manager and Director of Civil Engineering. Prior to this, Scott gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at USDA-NRCS from 1987 to 1995 and as an Engineer at Mitchell Management Systems in 1986-1987. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural & Geotechnical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, earned in 1986, and completed secondary education at Woodstock Academy from 1978 to 1982.
