Summer Elmore

Summer Elmore is a Professional Wetland Scientist and the Environmental Planning Section Manager at CHA, where they oversee staff utilization, project management, and quality control. With 21 years of experience in environmental consulting, Summer specializes in stream and wetland permitting and has extensive skills in wetland delineations and NEPA documentation. They hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Science from St. Bonaventure University. Additionally, Summer is a co-founder and secretary of the Indiana Wetlands Association and serves on the ACEC Indiana DNR committee.
