Ted Andrews

Ted Andrews, PE, is a seasoned Traffic and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently employed at CHA Consulting since January 2014, Ted previously worked at First Group Engineering as an Engineer, where responsibilities included designing traffic signals and signal systems. Prior to First Group, Ted held various engineering roles, notably as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM from 2006 to June 2012, and as a Traffic Engineer at Woolpert from 1993 to 2006. Earlier in Ted's career, positions included Traffic Engineer at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., Engineering Associate at Conrail Railroad, and an internship at Cole Associates. Ted earned a degree from Purdue University, completing studies between 1983 and 1993.
