Timothy Javan

Timothy Javan, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing & Life Sciences at CHA Consulting, Inc., where leadership in business strategy and execution of engineering services for manufacturing, chemicals, and life sciences clients is a primary focus. With extensive experience, Timothy also holds various roles at the ISPE Delaware Valley Chapter, including Board Member and Director, contributing to the growth of young professionals in the industry. Timothy founded and presided over Javan Engineering, managing significant P&L responsibilities and successfully leading the business's sale to CHA Companies. Previous roles in project management and engineering at firms such as Merck and Brainlab further enhance Timothy's expertise, complemented by educational credentials from Penn State University in BioEngineering and The Wharton School's Executive Education program.
