Chabri Energy is a clean cooking company manufacturing the biomass briquettes, cooking stoves, and institutional brick stove installations that have replaced charcoal in schools, prisons, food businesses, and households across the Lake Zone.

The company was founded on a single principle: Africa's clean cooking transition will not be solved by imported solutions, but by locally engineered systems that fit how African kitchens already cook.

Everything we make is manufactured locally, optimized for locally available fuel, and priced for the institutions and households that actually need it.

Our Products

KuniSMART — clean biomass briquettes made from sawdust, timber offcuts, and agricultural waste. Burns longer and cleaner than charcoal, at parity pricing.

JikoSMART — portable gasifier cooking stoves for households, food entrepreneurs, and empowerment programmes. Over 1,000 units deployed.

Institutional brick stoves — custom-built kitchen installations for schools, prisons, and large institutional kitchens. Built on-site at a fraction of the cost of imported alternatives.
