Amy Hyer

Amy Hyer has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Chaddock since April 2004. In this role, Amy Hyer is responsible for directing, planning, implementing, and managing all HR functions, including hiring, disciplinary actions, compensation, benefits, and employee recognition. Prior to this position, Amy Hyer worked from 1994 to 2004 as the Director of the Mentor Program at Quincy Public Schools. Amy Hyer holds a Master's Degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
