Brian Eagen

Brian Eagen is a seasoned outdoor education professional with extensive experience in operational management and instructional roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Outdoor Blueprint since May 2013, Brian has also worked as an Outdoor Education Instructor and Logistician at Chadwick School and holds a position as an Outdoor Instructor at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences. With a strong background in climbing and outdoor activities, Brian has been an Outdoor Instructor and Climbing Site Manager for Naturalists At Large and previously worked as a Technical Specialist for YMCA BOLD and as an Instructor at Stone Gardens. Additionally, Brian has contributed to the Boojum Institute for Experiential Education and has held leadership roles in Iowa State University's Outdoor Recreation Program where responsibilities included logistics management and outdoor activity execution. Holding dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture and Scenic Design from Iowa State University, along with certifications from the American Mountain Guides Association, Brian continues to be an influential figure in the outdoor education community.
