Cotter Donnell is an experienced educator with a comprehensive background in teaching and leadership. They began their career as a Teacher and Coach at Lakeside School and Chadwick School from 2000 to 2008. Cotter then served as Dean of Studies at Polytechnic School from 2009 to 2017, followed by a role as Director of CITYterm at The Masters School from 2017 to 2020. They advanced to Associate Head of School at Teton Science Schools from 2020 to 2022 and currently hold the position of Partnerships Director at R.E.A.L. Discussion. Cotter earned a Master of Arts in English from Middlebury College and later completed a Master of Arts in Education Leadership at Teachers College of Columbia University.
