Sara Miranda

Sara Miranda currently serves as the Executive Director of College Counseling at Chadwick School since August 2023. Previously, Sara held the position of Upper School Dean at Harvard-Westlake School from July 2020 to July 2023. As an Elected Board Director for the National Association for College Admission Counseling from September 2018 to September 2021, Sara contributed to the strategic direction of the organization, which supports over 16,000 professionals in college admissions and school counseling. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Admissions at Brandeis University from September 2014 to August 2020, where Sara managed a large undergraduate admission office, and as the Director of Admission at Emerson College from September 2005 to August 2014, overseeing multiple aspects of the admissions process. Sara began the career in education as a School Counseling Intern at Malden High School in 2012. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communication from Emerson College and a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Lesley University.
