Chloe (Yijia) Yang is a Master of Financial Engineering candidate at UCLA Anderson, with over two years of experience as a data and insights analyst. They have built analytics from scratch, set up scalable reporting systems, and translated complex data into actionable insights for product, marketing, and finance. Chloe has hands-on experience supporting a global retail brand's market launch and has worked in multicultural, cross-functional environments. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Data Analyst at CHAGEE, a Quantitative Researcher at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd., and as a Data Scientist at Bank of Nanjing. Chloe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
