Elsa Chen is a Senior Learning Development Consultant at Chagee, drawing on over 12 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management. Previously, they served as the Director of Marketing at the School of Management at Fudan University, where they led various branding and marketing initiatives. Elsa also held positions at DDI as Director Of Operations and at MI Consulting as a Project Supervisor, gaining extensive experience in both agency and client domains.
