Everton Spader has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Everton started their career as a Ski Cashier at Wintergreen Resort in 2011. Following that, they worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Oi S.A, where they managed KPIs of mobile and data networks and designed VBA macros for generating weekly reports.

In 2016, Everton became a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and later joined Lojas Quero-Quero S.A. as a Commercial Strategy Trainee. In this role, they conducted data analysis, market segmentation, and studied ongoing projects to propose solutions for better estimating payback time.

From 2017 to 2019, Everton worked as a Solar Electrical Engineer at SEEFFI Solar, where they developed VBA tools, managed solar PV projects, and provided technical consultancy for projects under design and operation.

At Omnio.net, Everton held multiple roles. As a Process and Quality Assistant, they reduced process time and error frequency through the implementation of macros and improved data validation. Later, as a Senior Data Acquisition Engineer, they worked on creating and maintaining new features of a Django app, implemented a bot for generating daily reports, and automated the data harvesting process.

Most recently, Everton worked at Omnio.net as a DevOps and Cloud Lead, responsible for developing CI/CD pipelines, recreating cloud ecosystems, and setting up failover clusters. Everton also created a process for rapidly deploying Kubernetes clusters with services and applications.

Everton joined Chain in 2022 as a DevOps Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in cloud infrastructure and automation.

Everton Spader has a strong educational background in electrical engineering. Everton obtained their bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Everton further pursued their education by completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their degrees, Everton has also acquired several certifications. Everton obtained a Certificate of Appreciation for Excellence from PMIRS in August 2016. More recently, they completed various online courses, including "React - The Complete Guide (incl Hooks, React Router, Redux)" from Udemy in April 2023, "SQL Bootcamp" from ud in October 2020, "Backend REST API with Python & Django - Advanced" and "Backend REST API with Python & Django - Beginner" from Udemy in September and August 2020 respectively, as well as "Django Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp" from Udemy in August 2020. These certifications demonstrate Everton's commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
