Simon Rombouts is a seasoned professional in sustainability, innovation, and circular economy, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Chainable, a Circular Kitchen-as-a-Service company. With a diverse background, Simon has held various roles, including Sustainability, Innovation & Circularity Consultant at S. Rombouts Consultancy, and Marketing and Business Development at Firmhouse, focusing on Product-as-a-Service models. Previous experiences include a Graduate Research Internship at ABN AMRO Bank, Innovation Consultant & Co-owner at Shift Innovatie, and examining climate innovation as part of the Climate-KIC Graduate Masterlabel program. Simon's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Business and Innovation from Utrecht University, alongside various bachelor's degrees in related fields.
