Jeff Ferzoco

Jeff Ferzoco is an experienced professional in customer success and design with a strong background in geospatial projects and information design. Currently serving as Global Program Director for Customer Success at Chainalysis Inc. since February 2019, Jeff has held multiple leadership roles within the company including Director and Head of Customer Success for the Americas. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager at CARTO, where Jeff collaborated with government clients on data-driven mapping initiatives, and Creative Director at Regional Plan Association, focusing on design and community engagement projects. Jeff's career also encompasses a variety of positions in information design, cartography, and graphic design, with a foundational education in Graphic Design from California College of the Arts and general studies at San Diego State University.
