Kim Weinstein

Kim Weinstein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and people technology management. Currently serving as the People Technology Manager at Chainalysis since August 2023, Kim previously held the position of Customer Enablement Consultant at Workday. At S&P Global, from June 2017 to June 2022, Kim progressed from Senior Associate to Associate Director of HRIS, playing a significant role in Workday system configuration and leading HR technology integration during the merger with IHS Markit. Earlier roles at Ipreo and Dow Jones involved managing multiple Workday modules and enhancing HR processes to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Kim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University and has also studied at Macquarie University.
