Noy Moshe

Noy Moshe is an experienced professional in investigations and intelligence analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Investigations and formerly as a Senior Cybercrimes Investigator at Chainalysis Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Noy held positions at the Embassy of Israel in London as a Senior Officer and at Sealth Mode Start-up Company as a Senior Open Source Intelligence Adviser, focusing on OSINT analysis and social media investigations. Noy's background includes leading projects at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, where complex multi-source analysis and policy-making were key responsibilities. Previous experience also includes advocacy and program management roles, alongside a media analyst position in the Israel Defense Forces. Noy holds a Bachelor's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from Shalem College and has participated in academic seminars on economics and economic thought.
