Rasheed Haynes is the Founder and Managing Partner of 4th Quarter Holdings since January 2022, focusing on strategic capital investment in the Web3 sector and providing dedicated support to founders. Concurrently, Rasheed serves in Strategic Finance at Chainalysis Inc., contributing to building trust within blockchain ecosystems through compliance and investigation software. Previously, Rasheed was an Investment Associate at Sunstone Partners, specializing in growth equity and buyouts in technology, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, with a focus on the healthcare sector. Rasheed began a career at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2014. Rasheed holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
