Jess Einfeld

Jess Einfeld is currently a Senior People Business Partner at Chainguard, where they partner with executives and leaders across multiple departments to enhance employee engagement and organizational design. Prior to this role, Jess spent three years at Google as a People Partner for various businesses and as a Senior Program Manager for Talent and Outreach Programs, where they oversaw global intern initiatives and managed significant organizational challenges. Jess also held positions at Washington Mutual and Deloitte, focusing on project coordination and recruiting. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Calvin College.
