Josh McJilton

Josh McJilton is a people-centric leader with a passion for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent in dynamic business environments. They served as VP of Member Success & CIO, and later as COO at Pharmacy Development Services, where they led significant innovations to improve outcomes for independent pharmacies. They held the position of Senior Director at The Advisory Board Company, overseeing a large technical division and enhancing client satisfaction. Currently, Josh is the Chief of Staff for Engineering at Chainguard, focusing on the operation and continuous improvement of their engineering teams. Josh is also pursuing a BS in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
