Mona Duval

Mona Duval is an HRIS Professional with extensive experience in leveraging technology to enhance HR operations. They began their career as a Human Resources Associate at Miramar Systems, Inc., where they established the HR department, and later held managerial roles at various companies, including The Territory Ahead and Rincon Consultants, Inc. Currently, Mona serves as a Senior HRIS Manager at Chainguard, after progressing through positions such as HRIS Manager at PagerDuty and Director, HRIS at The Trade Desk, Inc. They are also pursuing a BA in Sociology at UC Santa Barbara and an MA in Organizational Management at Antioch University-Santa Barbara.
