Ben Sherwin

Ben Sherwin is the current General Counsel at Chainlink Labs. Ben has held this position since September 2019. Prior to that, they were General Counsel at Uphold Inc. from March 2018 to September 2019. Ben has also served as Senior Advisor at Incentrum Group from March 2017 to March 2018 and as Director - ECM Transaction Advisory at Bank of America from May 2010 to April 2012. Ben began their career as First Vice President & Senior Counsel at Merrill Lynch in October 2004.

Ben Sherwin attended Yale University for their undergraduate degree, where they studied history. Ben then attended King's College London for their MA in War Studies. Finally, they attended Boston College Law School for their JD.
