Catherine Grable

Catherine Grable is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and talent acquisition. Catherine began a career at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as a Marketing Intern and later worked at Cisco Systems as a recruiter for the intern and graduate program. At Red Hat, Catherine held multiple positions, including Business Process Program Manager/Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of Employment Brand and Experience, effectively managing HR programs and driving transformation initiatives. Following a role at PepsiCo as Senior Director of HR Ops Service Management, Catherine served as Head of Service Excellence at Coinbase, where innovative HR service delivery models were designed and implemented. Currently, Catherine is the Head of People Enablement at Chainlink Labs. Catherine earned a BA in Corporate Communications from Elon University in 2007.
