David Vidal is a seasoned Security Engineer with extensive experience in incident response, detection engineering, and security automation. Currently at Chainlink Labs since July 2021, David previously held the same title at 100x Group, contributing to the development of incident response and logging capabilities for a major crypto trading platform. Prior experience includes roles at Uber, where David focused on incident response, forensics, and automation. David's career began in the education sector as an Assistant Network Tech, managing a diverse range of systems and enhancing security measures. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Golden West College.
