Tim Winskell

Tim Winskell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim is currently serving as the VP of People Operations & Talent Acquisition at ChainSafe Systems since February 2022. Prior to this, Tim worked as the Director of HR & Recruitment at Coinsquare from March 2021 to February 2022. From 2013 to 2021, they worked at G Adventures, first as the Director of Global Talent from January 2016 to March 2021, and previously as the Manager of Talent Services from July 2013 to December 2015. Before that, Tim held the position of Senior HR Advisor at Yolles, A CH2M HILL Company from June 2008 to June 2013. Tim also worked as an HR Advisor at Nissin Transport (Canada) Inc. from March 2007 to June 2008 and as an HR Administrator at Mizuho Corporate Bank from July 2000 to June 2002.

Tim Winskell has a Masters degree in Chinese Language and Literature from The University of Edinburgh. Tim also holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents College. In addition, they have obtained certifications including GPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2018, SHRM-SCP from SHRM in 2015, and CIPD from CIPD in 2005.
