Sathish Rajamani has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and positions. Sathish started their career at Rane NSK Steering Systems Ltd. in 1996 as an Executive in Production Planning & Systems. Sathish then joined Oracle Corporation in 2000, where they held the role of General Manager - Customer Management & Service Delivery. While at Oracle, they played multiple roles and was responsible for ensuring customer success. In 2010, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate Director in the Oracle Testing Practice before being promoted to Director - Enterprise Applications Quality Engineering & Assurance. During their tenure at Cognizant, they were involved in delivering quality assurance services to clients using various ERP platforms and emerging technologies. In 2017, Sathish became the CEO of Four Clover Technology Solutions before transitioning to the role of Vice President - Sales, Strategic Alliances & Partnership, Go-to-Market at Chain-Sys Corporation in 2018. Sathish also served as an Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 2015 and as a Mentor at StackRoute in 2020.

Sathish Rajamani obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from Vellore Institute of Technology in the years 1992-1996. Sathish also pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, during 2001-2003. Additionally, they participated in various certification programs such as "Building Trusted Client Relationships," "Coaching as a Leadership Style," "The Complete Skilled Negotiator," "Transformational Selling," and the "TruNorth ACE Program." Sathish attended a leadership program at Stanford University in 2014-2015 and an Emerging Partners Program at Harvard Business School in 2015-2016.
