Alex Sun serves as the Human Resources Director at ChainUp, directing global HR strategy and overseeing a workforce of 250 employees across major markets including Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, and Malaysia. Since January 2023, Alex has been involved in transforming existing HR policies and establishing new management structures across various countries. Prior to this role, Alex was the Regional Head of Human Resources at BEST Inc. from April 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included developing human capital management systems, enhancing organizational structure, and managing activities related to recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford, earned between 2004 and 2008.
