Alex Tan Chee Wei is currently an Executive member and the Global Head of Customer Success at ChainUp, where they oversee global teams in Presales, Postsales, Project Management, Customer Support, and Customer Engagement. They have over 15 years of experience leading transformation and innovation projects across various sectors, including Telecommunications, Airlines, Financial services, and Government. Previously, Alex held positions such as Director at Deloitte Consulting and PwC, as well as the Head of Presales, Solutions, and Customer Success at TigerGraph. Alex began their career as a developer and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong and a Diploma in Engineering Informatics from Nanyang Polytechnic.
